We supply a wide range of profiles specifically designed for your exclusive manufacturing needs.
While the majority of our extrusions are supplied in either a T5 or T6 6063, 6005 is popular as well. Our extruders cater for a significantly wider range. The choice in alloy and the hardening required depends on your needs.

We will work with you to design a profile that best suits your needs.
This is a collaborative process with you and our extruders. The extruders will convert our CAD drawings into Die drawings.
This design process will take into consideration the aluminium alloy that best suits your needs, as well as any special hardening (or "Tempering") requirements.
How your profiles are wrapped and packed for safe travel and storage is also considered.
From our CAD drawing, our extruders will design the die for the extrusion process.
Once the CAD drawing and Die Designs are signed off, dies are cut in the CNC Machine room.

Mill finish extrusions cooling down immediately after their extrusion from the press. This is natural (air) cooling. Hardening is a different process. From here, they will be stretched and cut.
